The Elf12 Council has been working hard to bring the old activities here at Elf12 back, and we're happy to announce many fun things that have reopened. First, Collectable Cards Inc. is completely back, though the quid rewards are still pending. You're able to go and buy some cards, though! So check out the Collectable Card Shop. :)

Riddles is also back after a long break, with new riddles up for both kids and adults to take a crack at - remember, the winner'll get a trophy!
Kids Only! is a little known place just for you, the kids! Kids Only! offers many different chat wikipages, for you to make new friends and have fun, and just to talk in a private place, all under the watchful eye of the Guards and Kids Only! Bosses. Sounds like fun!

Elf12 Families is a great way to make your friends into your family. Over at Elf12 Families, you can get together with a few friends, talk to [cobwebb] and then start your own little family, here on Elf12. There's even special family-only events, with rewards too.

The Elf12 Treasure Hunt is also in operation, with the special reward of 15 quid hidden away. Right now, the Treasure Hunt is one of the only ways to get quid, so if you're interested in a good amount of CCI-Card-Money, look no further and start hunting for that treasure!

Captured the Cactaur is also among the many events that have revived, with the Cactuar already hiding somewhere among the many wikipages here on Elf12.. the Council has heard rumors he was last seen on the CCI pages. You may want to look around there, first. ;o) Remember, finding that Cactaur gets you both a badge and a unique Adoptable!

Elf12 Awards! Last but not least. The awards are a great way to credit someone who you think is special, and get a friend a cool trophy. It may seem a little complicated at first glance, but the Awards are really simple, and one of the Awards Crew will always be there, if you have a question. Also note that in the left-side calender, lots of fun things are also mentioned, including the ones in this news article! :)

Wow! Look at how busy the Council has been! Start keeping an eye out, because things here just might get a little more interesting. Major Upgrade!

As you notice, the site is quite different now. You can read all about the updates on Updates 2008-07-12 and write your suggestions for further improvements there.

We, the Council and CCI Staff, are working hard to bring CCI back! In order to do that, however, we need to do some things.

For the time being, the quid rewards for all contests and such are no longer offered - don't worry, that won't last long. In addition, all non-custom CCI cards are being removed from members' slots and returned to the store shelves. We know this may seem horrible, but all the cards are limited and many inactive members are holding these limited cards, and some cards are around that should not be. Once the removing and restocking is done, the store will open again, and you'll be able to purchase your cards again. In addition, all members losing cards will receive a refund for the lost cards. :)

Retirement Issue

   If you look around Elf12, you may have noticed that there are several retirements underway. We are aware that people's lives change and therefore go in a different direction for and because of a variety of reasons. However, Elf12 must also maintain this ability to change and grow. Having people in positions that require certain tasks to be done, that are not getting done, is placing an unfair burden on those remaining, trying to fulfill their duties, plus taking on the responsibilities of those that aren't fulfilling theirs. In no way do we intend to minimize the time and effort given to Elf12 by these retirees, for we certainly appreciate everyone's contributions. You are still welcome on Elf12 and if, at a later date and time, you wish to or are able to become more active, simply let us know. Thank you all for the support you have given to Elf12.
